We have been an independent company since 2006
Since 2006, Paradeigma has conceived and produced organic and gluten free recipes with no artificial coloring or preservatives and no added fat for a lot of products.
Our range contains carefully selected ingredients, certified organic and guaranteed gluten-free. We can offer products for a gluten-free diet (celiac) with tasty products that can be enjoyed for taste and health.
Right from the beginning, we have been determined to offer products to help people who must have a gluten-free diet. We have always aimed to produce high quality products, prepared with concern for the environment. This determination to maintain the standards of our range drives us to continually seek new ingredients and new recipes and develop better production technology.
A family sized company
Our links to consumers are important to us, we like to go and meet them. From this are born our projects and this is why we strive to answer each query as quickly as possible. We like to have direct contact with our producers and distributors; we care about their point of view.
The Gluten-free and organic selection from Paradeigma is in France, Europe and even in Canada!
We create and sell products with the aim of offering them to the rest of the world. To us, export is a real passion, selling internationally is a real motivation. We get energised through sharing with the rest of the world our products, our values and vision. We respect that each culture is different population but we believe our products would be suitable beyond our borders.

Françoise Merle
Founder and Managing DirectorAfter several years abroad, and years in different export companies and lenghty experience in the food industry (very high quality chocolate), she met a buckwheat producer. In 2006, she created the first organic and gluten-free recipes.
The buckwheat crackers and wafers (goûtine®) were born !
